"To appoint unto them that mourn in Zion...the Garment of Praise for the spirit of heaviness." Isaiah 61:3
Yahweh-God (Jehova) has sent a new wave of His majesty, sovereignty, and anointing upon the earth today.  He is continuing to do a new thing in the area of music (praise and worship), through intruments, the arts, and the dance.  He is restoring the arts back into the Church, where they belong.
Another area that we feel is being restored back into the church is that of costumes as garments of praise, with color, embelishments, brilliance, and all vibrancy.  when the Lord first planted the idea of embelishing our existing costumes with trims, sequins, etc., we were excited.  Immediately we started experimenting with the different varieties and colors of trim.  The results have been tremendous: It is time we got out of the "habit" of being plain.  We are called to minister with all the vibrancy and enthusiasm of David before the Lord.
"Worship the Lord in the splendor (beauty) of holiness; tremble before Him, all the earth." Psalm 96:9
A study of the Tabernacle of Moses and the priestly garments brings a greater understanding of the importance of color, design and the designated implements of worship.  When God gave the instructions to Moses,He was very specific as to color, design, and skill of construction.  His directions applied not only to the overall design and architecture, but also to artistic details of gold and silver ornamentation.
This minute attention to detail is especially evident in the apparel worn by the priests.  It is interesting to observe the quality and excellence of the specified materials and colors when we become aware of their scarsity and expense.  History indicates that clothing was painstakingly made by hand, and was very simple in design, often simply fabric straight from the loom draped over the body.  The dyes used to color fabrics were themselves expensive and rare, making beautiful garments beyond the reach of all but the most wealthy and powerful of families.
The earth is the Lord's and He is the creator of color and design.  Let us honor and celebrate Jesus with the miriad of colors that He created!  Look at the colors in the rainbow.  The world uses this brilliance for their own pleasure,to glorify themselves, and to try to outdo each other.  But God assigned to each tribe of Israel a colored gem and instructed that these different colored gems be placed on the Ephod of the high priest in the temple.  His clothing had other beautiful embellshments and colors that were significant to the Lord.
"Awake, awake, clothe yourself in your strength, O Zion; clothe yourself in your beautiful garments, O Jerusalem, the holy city." Isaiah 52:1
"And you shall make holy garments for Aaron your brother, for glory and for beauty." Exodus 28:2
Jesus is the Lord of lords, and the King of kings, therefore,we are Daughters of the King!  Should we not dress as daughters of Zion?  We must realize that in Him we are royalty.
"The King's daughter is all glorious within; her clothing is woven with gold.  She will be led to the King in embroidered work; the virgins, her companions who follow her, will be brought to Thee.  They will be led forth with gladness and rejoicing; they will enter into the King's palace." Psalm 45:13-15
"Arise and thresh, daughter of Zion, for your horn I will make iron, and your hoof I will make bronze, that you may pulverize many peoples, that you may devote to the Lord their unjust gain and their wealth to the Lord of all the earth." Micah 4:13
"Let us rejoice and be glad and give the glory to Him, for the marriage of the Lamb has come and His bride has made herself ready."Revelation 19:7
I am excited to have the opportunity to share with you, and help you choose the best garments for yourself and your team.  My goal is to give you quality workmanship in a spirit of excellence.  May God bless you and be glorified in your life and ministry as you worship Him in spirit and in truth.  Let all things be done for the Glory of God!
